« Felt pretty safe with the security requirement to scan in and out. Beautiful view from the windows that are better than advertised. We didnt hear much from neighbors so slept really well. The only issue was the inconsistency of the security gaurds, some had us scan different cards to enter and exit and didnt seem to all be on the same page. The parking garage is not connected to the building which wasnt the biggest inconvenience except when it was hailing and we had to walk to half a block or...

« Location perfect for lots of Chicago treasures. The studio unit was larger than expected. The furnishings we're contemporary and very pleasant/comfortable. Bed soft and comfy. Elevator got stuck on one floor but phone number clearly posted and answered by someone who kept me on the phone until problem solved! Good service indeed. »
