"AC did not work. Maintenance promised fan that never appeared. It was 90 that day. Breakfast was horrible and service was even worse. Good Margarita in the bar and front desk staff were good. One night not worth $398. Valet staff had to be tracked down to park car."

Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland Downtown
"Hotel was prima, leuk zwembad, vriendelijk personeel en heel goed ontbijt. Ligging voor doorreizen is goed. Buurt voelde onveilig. ‘s avonds in de stad eten vonden wij niet prettig."

"Nice room, good building, great location. Rooftop pool and hot tub are very cool. Coffee shop in lobby is reasonably priced though a little slow. My grumps: complicated process to get keys and park (though detailed instructions were very helpful) and the thermostat was set at 81 and kept resetting ..."
