Flats in Charlevoix

'When I booked it said it was a water view not a street view. It was for our 30th anniversary and wanted a water view. While it was a great unit it was right on the busy street at the bridge. The listing should be more accurate. Very disappointing.'

'Beautiful, well appointed condo, in a great location, BUT this condo faces the street not the water, no balcony.'

'The condo was clean and bright with great views of the drawbridge. Nice balcony view as well. Front desk was friendly but not helpful in resolving issues. Unusual layout of condo, with bathroom directly in the bedroom. Condo lacks lighting--no table or floor lamps. Adequate kitchen supplies. Inconvenient dishware cupboard; difficult to get dishware out.'

'Lipstick on a pig? This property is somehow renovated and falling apart at the same time. From missing panels on the wall of the pool outside, trim falling apart from mold and rot, doors that won't stay shut because the doors are uneven, fans missing pull chains, dirty everything, a fridge that was missing the door, floor slats with gaps, exposed hols in the wall, walls not clean, check in links not working, and so much more!'

'Needs to be a little more updated. Not a good sign when the hostess is leaving her cleaning crew to be sure and bleach the shower because caulking is not finished and may be mold/ mildew. Probably the smallest tvs I have ever seen in a condo. Dishwasher was full of dishes and silverware that were clean but not put away. Not even sure if there was spots to put them. Could not find anywhere to put the silverware. Had to check out after two days because of family emergency. Not that disappointed.'

'I don't think the room has been updated sine the 80's. Why is there a tub in the middle of the bathroom?'
