It was an easy walk to the pier to watch the sunsets every evening and to restaurants and shops as well. '

Other reviewers said "clean but dated", I think that's spot on. We loved having a kitchenette and a screened in porch, the bed was very clean and comfortable. 'The location of Edgewater Inn is prime real estate in Charlevoix. You are close to shopping, food, beaches, the Mushroom houses, the lighthouse and the ferry to Beaver Island. We drove a short 2hrs to The Sleeping Bear Dunes and it was worth it! The condo was clean. Could have used more paper products and towels to start with, but the front desk staff helped with that and they were amazing! So friendly. The charm of the Inn did not disappoint. We would definitely stay again. '
