The flat is just a short walk from Chamonix town centre (200m) and provides direct access to the Brévent ski lifts for ski enthusiasts. The unobstructed view of the Brévent massif and the residence's garden is a daily delight. For your daily needs or a gourmet break, opposite the residence you'll find a bakery, a snack bar, a caterer, a ski rental shop and a Roulotte à Pizzas. A large Système U grocery store is just a 4-5 minute walk away.
