'The hotel was really nice and staff very helpful. However, the hotel is located next to a restaurant which hosted a kid birthday party until 8.30 pm and an adult birthday party until 4 am. We did not sleep at all. Rough, when we hiked Machu Picchu the following day. I founded myself speaking the police in the middle of the night. They did not intervene. We liked the hotel but glad we don’t have to spend another night there, worrying if we will be able to get sleep'

'This property is 80 steps from the street so prepare for that. That being said it was a fantastic stay. The property owners were helpful, friendly. Our room was clean and spacious, we would definitely stay here again! It was a little hard to find because it's so far off the street look for gringo bills and turn right before you get there..'

'While the Location it’s amazing and the surrounding area, the fact that it is on the main strip is super the property itself lacks a lot of attention the lack of flowable running water hot water at that is very minimum you ask for help and they expect you to be OK with lukewarm water in freezing temperature. 'This, by far, was the noisiest hotel I’ve stayed at. Chairs scraping on hard floors, every footstep on the open staircase, loud music, carrying voices, slamming doors. Just the worst. The room did not in the slightest look like the pictures. It was a stuffy, tiny room with no window to outside; rather, it opened to some kind of shaft that allowed no fresh air. I paid about US$90/night, which is a little higher than other local hotels. On the bright side, the restaurant was excellent and...

'Cleaning '

'Someone was in my room when I arrived. The hotel wanted him to go but I don't want a room that is not clean. They gave me another room but the hotel had no water at first then no hot water for the duration of my stay. The light outside the room was not working so I had to use the light of my phone. It could be a nice hotel but need bit of work.'
