'Our room was very basic but very clean. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. It was a little noisy at times - the walls are thin. Curiously, there was no hot water hookup to the bathroom sink (we turned on the shower if we needed hot water). Location was excellent and the included breakfast was good.'

'Net hotel, met basis voorzieningen op 3 sterren niveau. Leuk & goed personeel. Goede ligging t.a.v. station en bus naar Machu Picchu. Hotel relatief duur t.a.v. de voorzieningen, zoals de meeste hotels in Machu Picchu, je betaalt voor de locatie dichtbij het wereld wonder. '

'Room was very clean and also pretty upscale for South America. The shower has good pressure and temperature, though it takes a minute to heat up. Once it does, it's stable. Bed is comfortable and there are lots of outlets for devices as well as a table and chair. Very close to the bus station for Machu Picchu as well as the train station. The only downside to my room was that I don't have any visible windows. The other rooms do have though. Overall, I found it very private and comfortable.'

'There was no soap in the room when we arrived, so we had to request it. The shower had hot water, which was appreciated, but the bathroom was extremely small. The sink was awkward to use because it sat on top of an uncomfortable counter that left very little space. The room itself was small but included the basic amenities you would expect. One downside was having to carry our luggage up four flights of stairs after already walking through town with our bags, since cars cannot access the...

'The guy in the front desk asked for $15 USD extra if we pay by credit card, for a 1 night stay!! This is a absolute rip-off (12% added to final booking cost shown in Expedia). We had to use our USD cash reserves to avoid.'

'The interior of the hotel is very nice and our room was beautiful. The breakfast staff and front desk staff were awesome. The room was very cold and there are heaters but they just seem to barely warm the room. The desk staff provided an additional plug-in heater.'

'Great stay. Perfectly located between the train station, shops and restaurants. They had complimentary breakfast included. The shower got really hot. We traveled with our two toddlers, had a triple room and we were all comfortable. Check out felt early but they held our bags for us while we waited for our train. Would stay there again.'
