'There was no soap in the room when we arrived, so we had to request it. The shower had hot water, which was appreciated, but the bathroom was extremely small. The sink was awkward to use because it sat on top of an uncomfortable counter that left very little space. The room itself was small but included the basic amenities you would expect. 'The staff was co-operative and helpful but the hotel is on a noisy street. The location was convinient to the train station and bus stand but couldnt sleep both the nights that we were there. Kids yelling till midnight in the lobby. The rooms were congested, wouldnt recommend it to anyone staying there.'

Hotel is situated amongst other hotels/apartment buildings; distance between buildings is a narrow alley. 'We only stayed for 1 night and it was a bit small but it made sense for what we were doing. The staff was really helpful, check out was very early but i think that’s because it’s a high turnover being people treat it more as a passer through city.'

'Someone was waiting for us at the train station to take us to Rupa. That was nice because the place is not easy to find. Also someone carried the luggage which was much appreciated while it's a very steep climb to the hotel. Rooms are nicely decorated and staff is very helpfull and speak good english. So a perfect place to stay. Only negative I can say is that the showers where not hot but that is realy the only thing. '
