Strandhotels in Central San Diego

'Spent 3 nights to visit family nearby, great room, firm bed and surprisingly quiet at all times. Great restaurant directly across the street and Old Town historic site with more restaurants and shops. This is my 2nd stay and will be back.'

'We had a room facing the freeway. The room has very thin windows so it was very noisy. Also the air conditioner was so loud that we needed to turn it off to be able to sleep. Breakfast was ok but not much variety. The rooms were clean though. Parking is paying (24 dollars a night) but you can park in the street in front of the hotel for free. '
