Checking in was smooth the front desk was quick and easy. Going to our room we looked around and found old food still in the fridge from the previous people in the room. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable or the pillows, definitely not the best sleep I’ve had. We noticed there were signs for snack machine and we searched the floor it was supposed to be on and it wasn’t there. There was only ice machines available but the signs seem to be outdated and incorrect. As we were going downstairs from the 12th floor to the 6th, the elevator got stuck and the emergency phone didn’t work as well. We told the front desk and all they had to say was that it wasn’t the first time that day it happened. I’m just a little disappointed in the quality we received for the money we paid.
