The manager was not around and 4 days later, I have still no answer about a refund, what would be the less they could do to be excused. I am a photographer working for travel magazines and in my life, I stayed in the most remote places in Africa, Asia and South America. But never had BEDBUGS. « We loved our stay here. It was our second visit. The staff was kind and worked fast. Our room was ready when we arrived and we had a great view! Rooms were clean and well prepared. We loved sitting outside on the patio. »
