« Do you like BEDBUGS? I don't. But for more than 100 dollars, I got a nice room with bedbugs. The manager was not around and 4 days later, I have still no answer about a refund, what would be the less they could do to be excused. I am a photographer working for travel magazines and in my life, I stayed in the most remote places in Africa, Asia and South America. But never had BEDBUGS. « My friends annd I booked 3 rooms over New Years Eve. Every employee (Paige, Richie and all other front desk employees and the sweet woman stocking breakfast) were so accommodating and courteous! Rooms were spotless, lobby, breakfast area and bathrooms were perfect! Thank you for such a lovely place to be ringing in the New Year and during a snow storm ! »
