The manager was not around and 4 days later, I have still no answer about a refund, what would be the less they could do to be excused. I am a photographer working for travel magazines and in my life, I stayed in the most remote places in Africa, Asia and South America. But never had BEDBUGS. « Awesome experience. We did have to ask to have sheets on one of our beds changed as they were not clean. Guy that changed them was very nice. Hotel offered cookies water bottles any time and food and coffee was available 24/7 except for the hot food. I would definitely stay here again. »
« Sometimes it's the small things that make all the difference. We stopped here for a quick overnight and everything was exceptional. The small extra topping on the cake was the best coffee I've had at a hotel in a long time.

« I travel A LOT for business and for pleasure with the wife. This Cranberry Hotel is one of my favorites for a nice long weekend.
This hotel is very clean with friendly staff. Great value for the money, restaurant/bar right beside it.
