'We arrived late, staff was fine little weirdly sales pushy…. There was several concerning items that made us fearful of how clean the room really was. Finger nail on the floor dust covering all surfaces were the sheets washed? The towels wreaked of bleach. Fatima I think the cleaners name was, im not sure what you’re paying them for but expect it’s not much. The beds looked like they have been jumped on in a sense that they were not aligned with the box spring or frame hanging off etc. The...

'We rented the Jacuzzi room which cost extra the room, smelt, wet and musty. The first day we tried to use the Jacuzzi in the room. There was no hot water and no power to that section of the room we gave notice on the front desk. It was not repaired. We checked out and did not spend the second day there. They had also put children in a room above us that were purposely stomping back-and-forth for an hour.'
