'From the very beginning, the host was quick to respond and helpful. The house was clean and our dogs loved playing in the fenced in backyard The hot tub was clean and very nice. The beds in the house were all beyond their usefulness. Beyond the beds, the property was excellent. I would stay there again.'

Front porch nice for morning coffee.Time for the pillows to be refreshed, they were quite flat.Listing states "swimming pool" which was is in accurate (and obvious from photos and the general area) , but it also states ammenities include "Washer" and "Dryer" which it does not have.'

'We stayed here 2 nights for an early Thanksgiving Weekend with our family of 6 adults and 4 children. The house is in a wooded setting and was large enough to accommodate our group without feeling crowded. It was very clean and communication was good. Check-in was easy and internet was good. There is no TV so we brought one and a Roku and we were able to stream programs. The kitchen was well supplied with some basic spices and coffee. Additional dishes and silverware would be nice...

'Never able to enter property. Had travel delays as Interstate was shut down for hours. Arrived late. Code did not work for entry. Sach was non-responsive. He blew off all issues after the fact. Vrbo tried to help but was limited. Had to get a hotel room in the middle of the night. Bad situation all around. Would not recommend.Mike'

'Beautiful modern farmhouse. We wish we could have stayed more than one night. In a quiet country setting but still close to Ruoff music center and downtown noblesville. Very clean and had everything needed for our stay. It was nice to check in at 2:00, we had time to make dinner, and get ready for our girls night out at a concert at ruoff. We also were close to a college friends coffee and donut shop, (“Fluff “ Shop) so was able to stop by and surprise her! Delicious coffee...

'We had a great time at this 1940's built Mid-Century Modern Classic. The house architecture was amazing and the grounds are impressive. We had plenty of room inside and outside for a large group. There are several large gathering areas inside the home so lots of space to be with others or to have some time to yourself. I enjoyed the awesome stereo and my 5 year old grandson had the TV figured out and working in about 2 minutes. We were in town for a wedding and it rained on our "free" day,...
