'This is a nice small hotel with 3-4 rooms. The room size is large with a sitting area, kitchenette, large bedroom and bathroom. What makes this place fantastic is the location. You are almost across the street from the boardwalk and two blocks to the downtown area for shopping and restaurants. What a great location. When you first arrive, you are greeted by a beautifully landscaped yard with both a side and back deck, there is also a fire pit, a horseshoe pit, and a basketball net in the driveway.
