'Zeer vriendelijk en servicegericht personeel. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.'

'Clean, stylish and really comfortable hotel! The staff is really helpfull and can speak English, but sometimes it took some time to understand each other.'

'Prima ontbijt. Mooi hotel. Prima bedden.'

'All was lovely. The staff were pleasant. Typical Javanese Breakfast of rice, noodles, tempeh and coffee was good. The room was nice and location was on a quite Street just off of Ijen with several local restaurants nearby. We were hoping to extend our stay for a week but the WiFi was nonexistent and we could not get cell service in the room. WiFi worked okay in the lobby just outside but because of this we found another hotel just around the corner.'

'Ontbijt kan uitgebreider. Bad kamer kan wat netter. (Vieze kit randen onder andere)'

'Bathroom is to slippy'

'All my reviews are by the Rules & Regulations of Expedia. First the good....few employees are 5 STAR: 1) Miss Mayan from the Reception is nice, polite, helpful, speaks good English. 2) Miss Rara from the Reception is nice and polite. 3) Mr. Harry for the Cafe/Restaurant is nice, polite. Now, the not so good...lots of NOISE. I FELT UNSAFE. NO INTERNET for few HOURS. NO ELECTRICITY for few HOURS. I will NOT GO TO this HOTEL.'

'The staff hospitality and service was great but I feel not really comfortable with the room because bugs can get in somewhere. I just left some snacks open for less than 5 minutes and it already covered in ants.'

'Nice little hotel close to many food vendors'

'Kamer was sober maar schoon. Faciliteiten erg slecht.

'New hotel, clean, lovely, very friendly and helpful staff. Near major universities. Located next to a minimarket. About 15 min ride to train station. There is no loop in the lobby / drop-off area, which is a hassle for drivers, creates a bit of bottleneck as cars need to reverse out. Uses Google to connect with front desk which appears modern, but a bit impractical.'

'The hotel room was a horror. Everything was dirty, the sheets were stained and there was an anthill in the corner. You don't even get toilet paper. We checked out again immediately.'

Environnement bruyant. Je ne conseille pas.'
