Hôtel près de Jardin de Fleurs de Merjosari (Malang)

« very very good »

Restaurant moyen... »

« The staff hospitality and service was great but I feel not really comfortable with the room because bugs can get in somewhere. I just left some snacks open for less than 5 minutes and it already covered in ants. »

« Dirty rooms, ants on the bed, gekko's in the room. Toiletpaper only when you ask it. Dirty spots on the bedsheets. Aluminiumfolie and a lot of leaves in the pool. »

« New hotel, clean, lovely, very friendly and helpful staff. Near major universities. Located next to a minimarket. About 15 min ride to train station. There is no loop in the lobby / drop-off area, which is a hassle for drivers, creates a bit of bottleneck as cars need to reverse out. Uses Google to connect with front desk which appears modern, but a bit impractical. »

« Roomwas acceptable, but the shower room was not clean and the towels need to be replaced as they are quite old. There is no lift. »

Kebersihan sampah sangat buruk. Maaf »
