'top locatie, alle belangrijke dingen makkelijk te bereiken. hele nette accomodatie, aardig personeel'

'Clean, stylish and really comfortable hotel! The staff is really helpfull and can speak English, but sometimes it took some time to understand each other.'

'Goed zwembad, goede locatie. Redelijk ontbijt buffet, genoeg keus. Personeel erg vriendelijk.'

'All was lovely. The staff were pleasant. Typical Javanese Breakfast of rice, noodles, tempeh and coffee was good. The room was nice and location was on a quite Street just off of Ijen with several local restaurants nearby. We were hoping to extend our stay for a week but the WiFi was nonexistent and we could not get cell service in the room. WiFi worked okay in the lobby just outside but because of this we found another hotel just around the corner.'

'Bathroom is to slippy'

'Swimming pool arctic cold, not possible to swim'

'The staff hospitality and service was great but I feel not really comfortable with the room because bugs can get in somewhere. I just left some snacks open for less than 5 minutes and it already covered in ants.'

'Dirty rooms, ants on the bed, gekko's in the room. Toiletpaper only when you ask it. Dirty spots on the bedsheets. Aluminiumfolie and a lot of leaves in the pool. '

'Facilities are quite nice, although coffee and tea taste are not so good. Properties are quite clean, but need a bit improvement. Overall experience are satisfying'

'Kamer was sober maar schoon. Faciliteiten erg slecht.

'New hotel, clean, lovely, very friendly and helpful staff. Near major universities. Located next to a minimarket. About 15 min ride to train station. There is no loop in the lobby / drop-off area, which is a hassle for drivers, creates a bit of bottleneck as cars need to reverse out. Uses Google to connect with front desk which appears modern, but a bit impractical.'

'Roomwas acceptable, but the shower room was not clean and the towels need to be replaced as they are quite old. There is no lift.'

'The hotel room was a horror. Everything was dirty, the sheets were stained and there was an anthill in the corner. You don't even get toilet paper. We checked out again immediately.'
