« Bonne prestation, hotel calme literie tres confortable, chambre bien decorée et équipée »

« The decor was really something special. The room I stayed in was Marco Polo. Although a little on the dark side, the lighting was done well that you did not realise so much. The bath was amazing. The water temperature and how quick it filled up was great. My husband said the shower was fabulous and he did not want to come out. Do be careful of scolding yourself though as the hot water is immediately very hot. The mattress and pillow was comfortable. I had a great nights sleep. Check in was...

« Parfait »

« Very bad parking situation in the hotel, I paid for parking and was unable to park. The gym was very dated and the staff were not the most helping. »

« Late check in, nobody there until 4pm, the parking they advertise does not exist »

« The hotel was excellent in terms of service and facilities. The swimming pool, spa, and gym were outstanding and really enhanced our stay. The location was also perfect, making it easy to reach the main attractions. However, the bedding was a major disappointment. The mattress and overall bed quality were uncomfortable and felt far below the standard you would expect from a hotel of this quality. Improving the bedding would make the experience truly exceptional »

« Well kept and clean, only a 10-15 minute walk to city centre. Good price for what you're getting. Liked it so much we left another hotel to return here »

« Room was fine but I messaged the hotel twice after leaving regarding an item that would have been forgotten in my room and unfortunately they did not reply. Otherwise location is good, although a little bit of hassle woth the ongoing works around. »
