'We loved the resort and the 7 heated pools. There was less chloride in the water that usual in The Netherlands which was very nice. The view, the space, the terras are wonderful. Everything looked beautiful but there were some parts of the pool that needed repairs because some of the paint had come of the bottom of the pool. We did not know is this was because of winter season or it was meant to be left like that but we would advise the staff to repair it, to make the hotel conditions from good...

'Bij de beschrijving van het hotel staan een aantal dingen die niet met de waarheid overeenkomen. Het transport tussen hotel en vlieghaven is NIET gratis. Er is geen kluis, er is geen telefoon in de kamer, wifi werkt niet, de bedden zijn klein (mijn voeten staken buiten, ik ben 1m70 groot). Anderzijds is het personeel heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Eén chauffeur is echt steeds slechtgezind en niet steeds beleefd. Steeds te laat en enorm gehaast tot gevaarlijk rijden toe. Ik heb dit vermeld....

'Over accomodatie en medewekers heel positief! Toen wij met spoed specifieke medicatie nodig hadden, hebben ze dat heel snel per koerier laten komen. Hou er wel rekening mee dat weinig medewerkers Engels spreken. Je moet dus soms even geduld hebben tot de juiste persoon beschikbaar is maar dat duurt nooit lang.'
