'It was a really beautiful hotel. Good swimming pools. Towel service. Easy to order drinks etc. buffet was fantastic and spacious. Really good hotel. One very big negative. The staff speaks terrible English. Really very bad!!'

Amazing buffet restaurant, great pool, very safe, kind staff.
What’s bad:
- 1st room had problems with electricity, resulting that the air condition stopped working at 02:00 making it 28 degrees in the room. (Assume this is just bad luck).
- The walls are paper thin. Family with children above us decided to renovate their room themselves (that’s how it sounded at least). A lot of noice keeping us awake.
- no free bottled water.
- staff ‘forgot’ to calculate the promised discount...

'Os quartos são grandes e espaçosos, muito limpos e entregues perfeitos para o uso. A equipe é bem educada e atenciosa. O café da manha só faltou um suco de laranja de verdade, mas tem boa variedade em relação ao custo da estadia. No geral classificaria como excelente e muito recomendado. '

'Foi oferecido um upgrade, onde eu ofereci um valor e foi aceito pelo Hotel, e foi pago no checkin. Ocorre que ao adentrar ao quarto minha Esposa sentiu um cheiro de mofo muito grande, e foi oferecido outra acomodação de padrão inferior ao up grade que foi pago. O Hotel não fereceu a devolução do valor do up grade, ja que não foi usado. Acho que o Hotel não foi correto nessa cobrança e não oferta do up grade sugerido.'
