'Here’s the deal: the room itself was spotless, and the hotel was definitely clean overall. Breakfast? Delicious. Plus, if you’re heading to the Iguaçu Falls, the location is on point. The standout moment was the first staff member who helped us—early check-in, no hassle. But after that? The rest of the staff dropped the ball. Wrong info more than once, promises to deliver things to the room that never showed up, and when we went in person, they were pretty unhelpful. So, yeah, that was a mess....

'We loved the resort and the 7 heated pools. There was less chloride in the water that usual in The Netherlands which was very nice. The view, the space, the terras are wonderful. Everything looked beautiful but there were some parts of the pool that needed repairs because some of the paint had come of the bottom of the pool. We did not know is this was because of winter season or it was meant to be left like that but we would advise the staff to repair it, to make the hotel conditions from good...

'The hotel was in a quiet and safe area. Breakfast was very good. No one at the front desk spoke English during my stay but this was not a problem. The foyer was clean and neat. The room was spacious modern and fresh. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Great bathroom. The hotel is close to main street and dining options. Cheap 30 min uber ride to national park entrance. Great place to stay in Fox do Iguazu.'

'What’s good: Amazing buffet restaurant, great pool, very safe, kind staff. What’s bad: - 1st room had problems with electricity, resulting that the air condition stopped working at 02:00 making it 28 degrees in the room. (Assume this is just bad luck). - The walls are paper thin. Family with children above us decided to renovate their room themselves (that’s how it sounded at least). A lot of noice keeping us awake. - no free bottled water. - staff ‘forgot’ to calculate the promised discount...

'It was a clean room and building but that’s really all it had going for it. It’s not clear from booking that there’s no staff, minimal facilities, and it’s all quite sterile and automated. If you need somewhere to spend time while you’re in Iguazu this place does not have the amenities that you need. '
