'Lovely little farmhouse. Very cozy and quiet. The sunrise was breathtaking. We walked daily along the gravel road. Neighbors were friendly and the owners were fantastic. They were very prompt in returning any texts we sent through the app. '

'When the ac froze up and I called the desk he said he would be right there. Within 5 minutes his wife and him were right there to look at it. Told me that they would be right back with a replacement. 10 minutes later they had it replaced with a brand new ac unit that worked great. They had great communication with each step in fixing the issue. Very polite.'

'Just wanted to say yes although it is a Super 8 and they typically aren’t the best of places to spend time or stay. The Higginsville location supersedes the stereo type. Cleanliness and friendliness was beyond what I could ask for. Housekeeping showed up on time to a tee every day of my stay. And the location is perfect. I’ll definitely stay at this location on my next trip to the state '
