'We had a wonderful stay at Q-Rooms Harajuku! The location truly could not be better; everything was so convenient, yet the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful. The cleanliness and attention to detail were above and beyond. The hosts provided everything we could possibly need, including shower and bath amenities, a washing machine, detergent, clothes hangers for drying laundry, Japanese snacks and tea, coffee, and bottled water in the refrigerator. 'Great hotel for our 3-day stay in Tokyo. As Canadians, it was helpful to have a front desk staff who spoke English and we’re quite helpful to arrange taxis, transport our bags to the next city, and give us tips for were to eat when we arrived late the first night. Room was bright, clean and well setup. In-room laundry was really nice, and the girls liked the pool too. Oh - and the beds and pillows are excellent. You’ll enjoy this place for a family stay.'
