'The hotel is a little dated, and not in the best condition. The air conditioner in our room didn’t work, it was an old style version with a knob not digital, but the staff made up for it. They were prompt and polite'

'Hot tub was not working. Stains all over the hallway carpets. Bathtub had chips on it and water damage on ceiling. Garbage found behind TV stand after troubleshooting power issue. Barely any fruit at breakfast. Definitely not a 8.0 stay.'

'Unfortunately, this stay was not what I expected. The photos online made the property appear much nicer than it was in person. The hotel feels run down and is definitely in need of updates and better maintenance. During every night of my stay, there were guests being loud in the pool area well past 10:00 PM, which made it difficult to relax. The carpets throughout the hallways appeared dirty, and the elevators were in poor condition. I also noticed what appeared to be mold on the bathroom walls,...

'When we arrived the first day the trash bins hadn’t been emptied. When we called downstairs the lady behind the reception immediately came to empty the trash bins. However this was an indication of what to expect! We stayed there almost 12 days and our room was never fully serviced, although they said that on our 3 night the room would be fully cleaned. The only thing they did on -I believe it was- the 6th day of our stay was make up the beds, emptied the trash, but the bathroom was never...
