'The rooms are clean, but the beds... The beds are amazing to sleep on. I have never slept so well on a hotel bed. The area is safe and no homeless around the property, like other hotels in the area. I felt safe in their well lit parking lot, even at midnight. Staff was very friendly and helpful, night staff and day. We stayed in the 2 queen suite, so we had the bedroom separate from the pullout couche and sitting area. Decent size mini fridge that can hold gallon of milk. That was my biggest...

All in all was a very nice place to stay lots to do around there within very reasonable drive times tons of food options around and major pmus hotel has a bar which was very nice, excellent place to stay i came in from the bay area so deffiently helps having a nice place to stay and shop around and etc.'

'It is at convenient location and staff was nice and breakfast was okay it is the same thing everything single day, if you stay more than 3 days you will eat the same thing every day, and when had an issue with the tv and we call to check the tv and cable but they came and they said they will be back and never return I reported to the lobby the day I left because we waiting for 2 days.'

'When we arrived the first day the trash bins hadn’t been emptied. When we called downstairs the lady behind the reception immediately came to empty the trash bins. However this was an indication of what to expect! We stayed there almost 12 days and our room was never fully serviced, although they said that on our 3 night the room would be fully cleaned. The only thing they did on -I believe it was- the 6th day of our stay was make up the beds, emptied the trash, but the bathroom was never...

'It was difficult to schedule housekeeping to clean the room. However, fresh towels were provided if you requested them. Otherwise, everything was good.'

'The beds were so high I wasn't able to get on. I hesitated to drink anything in fear to have getting off the bed and I'd have try to get on the bed. Being handicapped this was not the appropriate room due to have the bed so high and the staff was aware. Then the toilet was so low that I felt I was going to fall and there were no rails to grab hold. The back of my thighs hurt because of the toilet seat was very uncomfortable.'
