'Overall as advertised. Convenient location just off cebu road. There is an onsite caretaker who is extremely professional and friendly and who speaks excellent english, which is a big value for anyone without great cebuano. Highly recommend!'

'The condo was clean, and of great value suited for a big group or for a family. However, I wish there were bathroom curtains in each bathroom Whenever we took showers, everything got wet including the toilet and the toilet paper if we didnt remember to take it out. Other than that, it was a good stay and a great value! '

'Gated appt very helpful and caring owner. Mr.Ting met me for a very late check in and even brought us breakfast the first day. This was an appt so it’s not like a hotel but the room was very spacious and was clean. would use again. '

'The location is in a poor area with no bars or restaurants. So it’s best to take a taxi anywhere you want to go. The curtains are 95% transparent do the do not block the light and each day you are woken up by bright sunlight around 6am. The first night there were no pillow cases just bare pillows, this was corrected the following day. I left a day early due to the curtains. I can think of no good reason to stay here other than price. I would not stay here again.'
