Flats in Cayos Zapatilla

'Pool was not only closed but there were people in it running jackhammers starting at 8:00 AM. When I asked to be let out of my reservation I was told that I should have seen the word pool crossed out in the hotel description (forget the photo of a full pool). My bathroom sink did not have hot water and the bathroom smelled in general. Wish I had stayed somewhere else.'

Destaco la atención del dueño y la encargada que a pesar de estar haciendo refacciones no cancelaron la reserva y permitieron que nos alojáramos como únicos pasajeros en el hostel. 'This was a fabulous place to stay. We had a partial ocean view room, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The air conditioning was very good, and the hotel had bright, modern design with incredibly welcoming and friendly staff. Cafe overlooking the bay was also nice.'

'Gezellige bar, terras en restaurant. Fijne ruime kamer en behulpzaam lief personeel . Gelegen aan strand waar ook hangmatten hangen en ligbedden staan. Het zwembad is niet groot maar prima voor mijn kinderen, alleen was er veel bezoek geweest ( bar-restaurant) en daarna was het water erg vies en 2 dagen vies/groen geweest. ( personeel deed z'n best te reinigen, maar er waren teveel kinderen met zand-zonnebrand ed in geweest) Het eten is heerlijk, veel mensen komen daar dan ook gezellig eten....

'Eclypse del Mar is a uniquely, beautiful location. We stayed both in the overwater bungalows and the treehouse so we were able to enjoy the ocean and forest views. We were thrilled to be able to feed the fish through the opening in the living room floor of the bungalow. The staff is so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Rashi, JJ and Francesca made us feel right at home. We had some of the best animal sightings at the reserve, including a mother sloth, travelling the treetops with its twins...

'Heel vriendelijk personeel, soms iets te luidruchtig in de avonduren. Water altijd kunnen pakken. Kamers keurig schoon gemaakt. Mag wel iets qua renovatie gebruiken, iets gedateerd'
