« It was wonderful. We were there for a family function not far away, so we were not there for the entire day. Also, keep in mind when you look at my review, I knew before-hand that there was no central air and that we shared (2) bathrooms with others on our floor (3rd floor). « The property is beautiful right on the golf course and lake. It was lovely walking through the neighborhood to get to town. The room was delightful and so cozy. The beds were so comfortable! The chocolate chip cookies and treats on the bedside were a huge hit. My daughter loved the snack bar and breakfast. Thank you! »

« This is an outstanding property! Check-in was a breeze and we had a welcome letter telling us of the history of the lodge. « Marie and Ted were fabulous hosts!! We arrived late (and they were out of the house) and they left very detailed instructions for us in their absence. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We awoke early the next morning to head out and found Ted had made the MOST delicious blueberry muffins. « Perfect! The space was great, two separate suites which was fabulous. Clean. Loved having Lake Michigan right out our door. Watched sunset from the property. Beautiful! The location worked great for us, easy to get to all of our destinations (HIKING). We met Stanley and Bo, chatted a bit. Great people. Cooking supplies limited, however had most of what we needed. We would definitely stay there again. »
