'Comfortable, safe, clean and well loved. Great location and the friendliest staff. Super clean and ready early for me. I appreciated that tremendously. Perfect for the two days I stayed. Although this property is slightly dated it is well maintained, clean and comfortable. I respect this more than room service and indoor pools. This is not that but offers a perfect getaway with lovely views and minutes from either downtown TC or Suttons Bay. I will return for sure!! '

'The rooms seem recently updated and are clean, good-sized with a beverage fridge and nice bathroom. My only complaints are minor - very small countertop space in bathroom, lights from the fridge were quite bright at night (solved with a piece of painters tape), and the bed sheets are very rough.'

'This was one of the most beautiful and unique inns we’ve ever stayed at. A great location with a lovely view of the water and dock for us to go out on. The staff was warm and welcoming and the grounds felt safe and homey. highly recommend!'

'Some confusion when searching property online prior to coming because another business was listed as having same address. Did not realize 2 long staircases to access rental & bedrooms. Had an issue with fruit flies but property managers very prompt in trying to resolve the problem. Everything very new, clean & neat! '

'The pictures of this property do not do it justice! This cute, super clean mid century modern chalet has everything you could ever need. The beds were super comfortable, the main spaces for gathering were inviting and cozy. The views out each window are a visibly stunning green space. There is easy access to all the wineries in the area. I would definitely stay there again.'

'The service was excellent. We enjoyed the pool. No elevator to 2 nd floor so if handicapped must be on first floor Not a hotel for longer stays. Not near all the Charlevoix action. But we were here to be a part of the Antique Road Show so overnight was just perfect!'

'Unfortunately, we ran into a situation with a sick child and had to make a last-minute change of plans. We were well aware that this was inside of the typical timeframe where adjustments to our stay could be made, but the experience we had made us feel undervalued and ignored. 'My family stayed for two nights and everything was wonderful. Communication was excellent and the check-in instructions were thorough and easy to understand. The place was very clean and the bathroom was very nice. Good water pressure which seems like a small thing, but I have terrible water pressure at home so a really good shower while on vacation is a bonus! The beds were very comfortable, and despite the fact that I have sleep issues and usually wake up often, I slept surprisingly well....
