Facial recognition on the elevators was lacking, so I had to get help from security every time I returned from my outings. 'Although VRBO says to always pay through the app, this property says they have difficulty processing payments through VRBO and insisted on payment through a different app. I hesitated but due to the good reviews I decided to trust them. I had no issue using their app.The unit itself was very nice but in a gentrified area near some sketchy areas. We never felt unsafe. '
