'We arrived early in the day from our flight and the reception and housekeeping team were more than accommodating and worked to get a room ready for check in well before check in time! The room was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s conveniently right next to a Starbucks. We walked downtown every day for lunch or dinner. Would stay again!'

'I’ve been in my share of Holiday Inn Express’, but this one in on the bottom of my list. Very indifferent staff (by arrival and check-out). I booked a king and got 2 queens.. further, walls are thin, you can hear conversations in the room next door. Neighbourhood is sketchy. Room was clean, i have to say. '

'Our room was very dirty with cracker crumbs on the floor and something sticky on the night stand with hair stuck in it. I reported this and was just offered a 10% discount. They charged us $16 for parking that was supposed to be free. When we questioned it they said it would be removed but has not after a week and a half.'

'Property is not well maintained. Amenities are minimal. Breakfast options low quality are r little offered. Pool is isolated across parking lot next to a dive-bar. If you need a quick stop for sleep on a long trip and you have little care about the stay this might suit you, but for the price per night there are many better nearby options.'

'The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Angelique -she was amazing! Unfortunately, their got water heater wasn't working so we had COLD showers our entire stay. The carpets in the room and hallway were gross and desperately need shampooed or replaced with flooring other than carpet that does not hold smells!'
