'we had had a long trip from south carolna and came in with a flat tire. the staff helped us find a tire store close by. the bar tender and cook promtly made our food and drinks when we ordered and served them with kindness and concern and were appropriatley congenial. we staye on our return trip because they were so delightful. thank you.'

'I’ve been in my share of Holiday Inn Express’, but this one in on the bottom of my list. Very indifferent staff (by arrival and check-out). I booked a king and got 2 queens.. further, walls are thin, you can hear conversations in the room next door. Neighbourhood is sketchy. Room was clean, i have to say. '

'The have a slightly later check out than everybody else.'

'Tot duif'

'Looked very new and was clean and quiet. The diner next store was excellent with large portions.'

'The staff were amazing at the Cross lanes , wv location!! Family had several issues traveling and the best part was their early arrival - staff at this location welcomed them and were so wonderful !! It was 2:30am and they were so nice helping them get settled!! Thank you !! The housekeeping staff were phenomenal here & seriously take pride in their work- the kindness alone was something you don't see much anymore. We will always recommend this location to anyone!! Dates they stayed were...

'Geen vier sterren maar eerder twee.'

'Remodeling didn't bother my stay. Late check-in without a hitch.'
