THE APARTMENT

The property features two generous bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all essential cooking utensils — perfect for guests who enjoy home-style convenience during their holiday.



The living and dining area opens onto a beautiful 50 m² large terrace, elegantly furnished with a lounge, 2 sunbeds and outdoor dining area. From here, you can enjoy serene garden views and a glimpse of the sea.



From the terrace a staircase leads to a private 40 m² solarium with 2 sun loungers. An ideal retreat for sunbathing or enjoying a quiet evening under the stars.



The apartment accommodates up to four guests, includes air conditioning (hot and cold), high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with international channels, and private outdoor parking in the same building. Lift access ensures comfort and convenience for all guests. Children are welcome, and a baby cot can be provided on request. The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted.
