'This is a great little find and we’ve been back to stay already. There is no pool access yet (May). And it would be awesome to have access directly out to the paseo with a key rather than walk around the front and the TV is mounted way too high for viewings! - but that’s the only criticism and still a 5 star stay!'

'Altogether we lived in this appartement for 3 months. We were completely happy and felt very much at home. Puerto banus is a lively luxury part of Marbella. The appartement blocks are situated around a beautiful garden. The weather was fine apart from the last two weeks of January, which were unusual cold. Caron is a very attentive host and her local agent is also very helpful. We surely recommend this appartement and hope to be back at the end of the year.'

'The location of the appartment is very good, a short walk to the harbour with many restaurants and a nice walk of 20 minutes to the old center of Estepona. The appartment has all you need for a comfortable stay and the terrace is wonderfull with a nice view on the sea.'

'Gedurende de 2 weken van het verblijf (29 mei-11 juni) konden de jongens vanwege onderhoud (!) geen gebruik maken van het mooie zwembad, ERG jammer. Verder zou je helemaal om moeten lopen door het hele gebouw heen, daarna trappen af, achterlangs, om bij dat zwembad (of het strand) te komen, omdat het appartement op de 1e etage ligt. Appartement is prima in orde, ook zeer smaakvol ingericht.'

'super gelegen aan de haven , toplocatie , dicht bij strand. wel wat rumoerig , onder andere door de ondergelegen weg. terras prachtig. enige nadeel was dat de verwarming erg veel ( naar het leek niet al te schone lucht ) via de airco naar binnen moest blazen om het warm te krijgen , waardoor we beiden last kregen van de luchtwegen. over het algemeen wel een prima verblijf gehad !'

'Eerst en vooral bedankt aan Mandi voor de goede opvolging. Mails werden heel vlug beantwoord, alles is correct verlopen. De locatie voldoet aan alle verwachtingen. Heel rustig, al het nodige is aanwezig. Hier en daar is er misschien een beetje vernieuwing nodig. Uitzicht vanop het terras is prachtig. Het zwembad is heel proper. Niet veel ligstoelen aanwezig, maar het is er dan ook niet overbevolkt. Ligt op een heuvel, in deze temperaturen is het lastig om weer naar boven te klauteren. Wij hebben...

'Hicimos la reserva porque había disponibilidad, la pagamos y supuestamente todo en orden. No teníamos noticia ninguna y escribimos al propietario, que tampoco daba respuesta. Al final la plataforma se tuvo que poner en contacto con el. Un día antes un mensaje diciendo: lo siento, no está disponible. Habíamos pagado yo. La solución que nos dio Vrbo fue una pensión de mala muerte en una ubicación en un pueblo de interior. No vuelvo a confiar en esta plataforma y ya os digo que este propietario es...

Nice, quiet condo, ideal situation with easy parking in front of the property. Restaurants, shops, Old Town and Puerto Banus within walking distance. Would certainly recommend.'

'Lovely clean apartment, we arrived late and was met by Giorgio who showed us around, lovely balcony and little garden, we had a small plumbing problem which was fixed instantly, would highly recommend future visitors, but you will need a car for shopping, the walk down to Sabinnilas was a good work out and along the promenade was lovely but I like walking, will probably rent again as we are always in the area on business.'
