'Werkelijk prachtige kamer mrt balkon en uitzicht op zee. Het was adembenemend! Alles was nieuw en schoon en stijlvol ingericht
Ontvangst was hartelijk met een heerlijke cocktail.
De bar op het strand ging dicht om 18.00 maar er zijn genoeg gelegenheden in de buurt om te dineren.
Ook het ontbijt op het strand was prima en je zit er heerlijk met uitzicht op zee'

'Prachtige locatie, mooie huisjes met eigen tuintje, douchen in de buitenlucht, goede bedden, wakker worden door het gezang van vogels, strand met wit zand en lekkere strandbedden, vriendelijk personeel, goede ontbijt-, lunch- en dinermogelijkheid op het strand, goede adviezen over bezienswaardigheden en restaurants in Tulum.
Het hotel ligt in een natuurpark. Het is niet toegestaan om water in plastic flessen mee naar binnen te nemen. '

'The place looks amazing. Only there are also a lot of things that could be better.
To start with the positive things:
+ Really nice park setting
+ Free water in the whole park (there are plenty of watertaps)
+ Near/at de beach
+ Clean shared bathrooms
+ No loud music and no noice during the night
+ Good lightning in de night to go to bathroom
Negative things or things that you should be aware of are:
-/- highly overpriced drinks and food (glas of wine 16 usd and beer 7 usd for example)

'Fantastische locatie, heerlijke en unieke plek. De kamers/hutjes zijn erg leuk en bijzonder.
Wel is de kwaliteit niet altijd perfect en verwacht geen luxe hotelkamer, het is meer een hele luxe camping in dat opzicht. Maar het past daarentegen wel bij de ongedwongen sfeer van het hotel en de omgeving.
Toch zou het fijn zijn als je iets meer preventief onderhoud wordt gepleegd aan bijv het onderhoud van de douche, veel kalkaanslag en lage waterdruk. Maar ook het dompelbad van de kamer zaten...

'lovely hotel on one of the best neaches in Tulum. Staff was highly attentive to our needs and sincerely wanted my family to have a memorable experience. The room has the look and feel of a spa. The complimentary breakfast was healthy and delicious. Small, quaint, and delightful. We'll be back for another week.'

'Upon arrival, all of the stuff was super sweet. I was traveling solo and since I already had a bad experience with the prior to hotel services, it was refreshing to receive service like Astral. Staff ALWAYS checked up on me to see if I needed anything from food to cleaning to small chats. Everyone was super kind.
The room was clean, and there was hot water, the views from the bubble were incredible at night except maybe they could be power washed just a little to clean the debris from the trees...

'Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Room was lovely and we slept very well. Gorgeous ambiance. We especially loved the breakfast and watching the sunrise with complimentary coffee. An added perk was the ability to use the cabanas at Mi Amor. Would definitely stay at Mezzanine again! Concierge was great and taxis were very easy.
When we come again, we will be sure to make a stop at super aki on the way in to pack additional drinks and snacks because access to convenience stores is...

'When you enter the property; amazing! very beautiful. However if you market yourself as a family friendly hotel and you cannot offer hot water at night for a formule bottle, or any baby friendly food, im not very sure. The first we got with our 15 months old had a bathroom outside, without any closed of door. We asked for an upgrade (which we paid) as we thought it would have a bathtub. Seemed it was not connected but just put as decoration. Strange. Simply put; rooms were a bit too primitive...
