'We are a family of 14, scattered across England and Wales. The location was perfect for a few days together and the property was great. Everything was spotless, the beds were super comfy and the hot tub was a definite hit!!!'

'Whilst the ManorHouse would sleep the number advertised, and certainly has enough crockery and cooking equipment to manage comfortably, we found the whole place to be cramped. Most bedrooms had one or more bed than was comfortable, there actually isn’t enough sofa space for everyone, and the dining table is difficult to use due to being so close to the wall, with no space to move it out. The kitchen, while well equipped, has very little work space and is not able to cope with more tham2 or 3...

'We had an excellent group stay on the property. It was clean and the team communicated well'

'Lively place for a few days with a large family. Site and house was amazing. '

'Beautiful location, perfect for family gatherings - really enjoyed our time here.'

'The property and adjacent garden area were ideal for a weekend stay for a get together we my old school friends and their families. The property was well stocked with all the items you could need for a stay there e.g. pots, pans, crockery, glassware and cutlery and having a dishwasher was a bonus. The beds were not luxurious (a basic folding metal frame), however, despite this they were surprisingly comfortable and I slept really well there. '

'Ideally located to explore area, well equipped with lovely garden for children to play. Lots of beds which were comfy. Highly recommend for families'

'We loved our stay in Chipping Norton, the place was perfect size for our party of 3, great location, and ridiculously cute :) only wished we could have stayed longer.'

'Cozy but modern and sufficiently equipped cottage in a perfect location for us - close but not too close the busy village centre and a little playground just nearby. Hiking trails pass nearby. '

'Beautiful property, beautiful quiet location. Only short drive to local attractions.Bedrooms all good size. Kitchen very well stocked with crockery, glasses etc.Disable shower room perfect for my elderly parents, but small steps to kitchen made it difficult to access kitchen and back garden. gravel carpark and back garden made it difficult for wheelchair.'

'Lovely little cottage, perfect for a short stay (wish we had longer!) local to Oxford, Cotswolds & as a stopover from north to south as just off M40/A34. Managed Ok even in hot weather as a fan provided & bathroom was fab. Would have been nice to be able to open up the rear door for patio breakfast rather than walk around the side but not there long enough to be an issue. Opposite the church so had a musical alarm call from the bells on a Sunday norning which was novel & as expected for village...

'Perfect cottage for our family of 6. Great location with variety of dining and shopping options, perfect amount of space for the family to spread out or all be in one room together. Beautiful garden. The parking is tight for large vehicles but we made it work. The cottage is cute with historic charm and some low ceilings, but we’re all over 6’ tall found the charm worth ducking our heads for. Highly recommend the Dolphin House!'

'Great stay!'

'Ons verblijf was niet in de afgebeelde huisjes, maar in een andere cottage op hetzelfde terrein. Na een rommelige ontvangst was het verblijf prima.'
