'Wir hatten wunderbare 10 Tage im November. Fantastische Sonnenaufgänge und bis Nachmittags viel Sonne auf der riesigen Terrasse. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Am letzten Abend sahen wir vier Delfine, die direkt vor dem Haus durchs Meer schwammen.'

'We stayed in this villa for 14 nights. For the first 3 days we had huge issues with the electrical system, which is very old. This caused frequent an lengthy outages, which means no air conditioning or electrical fans…The villa is nice but it has not been renovated, and it is basically falling into pieces, which is a shame given the nice location.'

Non sono disponibili asciugamani e lenzuola ( ci hanno avvertiti 2gg prima dell’arrivo ed eravamo in un’altra località di vacanza ma fortunatamente hanno provveduto a farcele trovare) e primo inconveniente risolto. Arriviamo e l’aria condizionata non funziona e questo è stato un bel problema visto il caldo e il rumore...

There were 6 of us in our party and we had more than enough room. There is a beach right below the property with an interesting pathway down. It’s not for small kids or infirm adults. 'Everything about this cottage was stellar, the views, the amenities, the location. We were disappointed at the surrounding property has been impacted by drought or other neglect, so the vineyards were dead, and the olive trees under stress. The club and pool were never promised, but we hoped they might be available to us. Ocean access was via a rough path and very limited. Overall, I highly recommend this listing, but encourage transparency about the current conditions.'
