Nives Vacation Home: A home within the ancient castle walls in the historic center.

The name "Casa Nives," from the Latin word for "snow," was chosen because it is located on Largo della Neve and borders the Church of the Madonna della Neve. The house is located in the historic center of Tuscania and is very distinctive because it sits directly on the town’s castle walls, which date back to Etruscan times. The house features a kitchen, a living room with a Smart TV and a sleeper sofa, a bathroom, a bedroom with a Smart TV, and a basement lounge with a Smart TV. The house is equipped with an outdoor gas boiler, a pellet boiler/stove located in the basement, and an air conditioner in the bedroom. Parking is available just a short walk outside the historic center, with both paid and free options.
I’m a young man who loves his town very much; I’m on the board of a cultural association where we organize town festivals and theatrical performances, and I’m also a member of the Tuscania Archaeological Group, where we organize events and excursions dedicated to tourism. I live in Tuscania, so I can assist guests at any time with any issues.
The location is central; right next to the house is the entrance to Tor di Lavello Park, and just a short walk away are the Cathedral of Tuscania, the Basilica of St. Peter, and the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore. Just a few kilometers from Tuscania, you can explore the entire Tuscia region, including Lake Bolsena and Lake Vico, the coast, Civita di Bagnoregio, Tarquinia, and Viterbo—an area rich in history. It is a detached house very close to all the monuments, squares, parks, quaint restaurants, bars, and shopping—all easily accessible on foot.
