'Alles in de kamer was te klein; bed te kort, douche kabine te krap, op de wc zit je tegen de muur aan, bidet klem met je knieën, uitzicht op blinde muur, donkere kamer met matige verlichting. Duidelijk negatieve recensie voor kamer 105. Personeel is aardig, netheid is ok zoals het hoort, locatie is top!'

'Breakfast was good not much selection though, but pastries are very good. The view to my room is spectacular. The room was very hot at midday and AC is not cooling enough that room is so warm at night.'

'Very nice welcome by our host and we started immediately with wine tasting with cheese and bruschettas. Although we were the only guests she offered to make dinner for us. But we went into the centre of Montepulciano (walking distance) and found a few open restaurants. Beautiful centre with a few shops open despite the winter period closures. Execellent wines in Montepulciano! '

'Fantastisch ontbijt. S morgens kunnen buiten eten met prachtig uitzicht. Hotel is gelegen op groot terrein net buiten de drukte van t plaatsje montepulciano. Hotelkamers zijn ruim. '

'The property is extremely well located near the start of the old town and was walkable to everywhere. Our room was small but very lovely and when we stuck our heads out of the window, we had an amazing view of the old town! The only problem was parking - we couldnt find any bc of a festival - but thats not the hotels fauot! Just be a bit organsjed - and i recommend parking behind the bus terminal (Eu10 per day).'

'Heat didnt work, it was FREEZING. Contact didnt seem to be local, seemed like they were managing remotely and couldnt or wouldnt send anyone to help. Nor did they really seem to care. Beautiful area though!'

'Loved this hotel. It was cut and charming. Not directly on the main road so its pretty quite, but the main road is basically just a long driveway so still super close. Front desk guy was super nice and helped us get a taxi to the train station. The view from the balcony was AMAZING.'
