'The owner was supposed to give us the code to check in and never answered our calls or texts. We waited outside of the home for over an hour. Even Vrbo tried to get in contact with the owner. We were on a tight schedule and had to pivot and find an emergency local hotel to stay in. So unfortunately never got to stay. '

'We stayed at a cabin in the Pocono Mountains and the location is the highlight—quiet, private, and a great area. The sauna and hot tub were nice features and added to the stay.That said, the property needs significant maintenance. There are multiple safety and structural concerns, including an uneven deck that appears to be pulling away from the house, a balcony showing signs of rot, and steeply poured concrete steps. The storm door closer was broken, and there were no visible carbon monoxide...
