Blokhutten in Canadensis

'Full cabin theme, nicely executed; perfect lounge area with comfy couches and large coffee table perfect for games and jigsaw puzzles; comfortable beds; indoor fireplace and outdoor firepit made everything extra cozy; and the home theater, hot tub, and sauna made it extra awesome! (FYI, the cold plunge is seasonal, open only in warmer months.) Michael was great with communication. Tons of hiking trails nearby and lots of activities at Skylodge just minutes away. Everyone had fun - we’d...

'We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and everything felt cozy from the moment we arrived. We especially loved the wood-burning stove it made the winter atmosphere even more special. Enjoying the sauna and the hot tub while surrounded by snow was truly a highlight. The location is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. The kitchen was fully functional with everything we needed. Honestly, the only thing we wished for was more time...

'The prefect spot for a weekend getaway. Cozy, clean, and cute.'

'If reliable air conditioning is important to you, I would not recommend staying here.We arrived to find the house around 80F because all of the A/C units were turned off. We were sweating as soon as we walked in, and despite following the host’s instructions, the mini-split system never worked properly. The upstairs bedroom repeatedly shut off, which also caused the living room and downstairs bedroom units to stop cooling. We had to restart the units multiple times throughout our stay, and we...

'This cabin was great. We went there for our seventh anniversary and had a great time. Sasha was awesome to deal with very informative and always messaging back right away. The cabin was very clean and all around great time would definitely recommend renting the cabin plenty of things to do great piece of property beautiful trails and beautiful scenery. We are definitely going back.'

'House was clean, modern, and all amenities included. Check in process was a 1 hour wait in the welcome center. Would stay again.'

'My husband and I did not stay. We could not stay because as we entered the house it smelled stale, it was dark & dank. The photos didn’t show how steep the stairs are. What looks like a basement is actually the first floor. The kitchen, living room bathroom and bedroom are all on the second floor. I have bad knees so I couldn’t navigate those stairs comfortably. Also no closets. I reached out to VRBO and the owner to at least refund the cleaning cost to no avail. This property is NOTHING as...

'Unimpressed '

'⚠️ WARNING – VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! ⚠️ We arrived at this property in the Poconos around 8 PM, and from the moment we walked in, we were extremely disappointed. There was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the rooms, the door was broken, and the hot tub was not ready to use and needed hours to heat up. Because of the condition of the property, we decided to leave the very next morning around 9 AM. Afterward, the owner tried to charge us for damages that, from our experience, were already...

'Enjoy the house'

'Very nice property, clean, attentive hosts, easy check-in and check-out.'

'The house was excellent!! The hot tub, sauna and firepit were really nice outdoor bonuses!! The mattresses were super comfy and the linen and towels were washed with good smelling detergent. There were good smelling diffusers as well. The kitchen and bathrooms are up to date! The decor in the house is really tasteful as well. The porch has a place to sit on either end. Overall it was really a lovely house to stay in.'

'Everything matched the listing. Host was responsive and helpful.'
