Our family had an amazing stay! The accommodations were top notch. I especially loved the large master bath. All of the furniture was in great condition. The kitchen was well stocked and we had all the things we needed for day to day living. The view from the balcony was beautiful and there is an unobstructed view of the water and the arch. I have nothing negative to say about our stay and would absolutely stay here again if we go back to Cabo! Highly recommend!

Nice unit in the Villa Estancia

Overall very nice unit with tons of space. I’d prefer another bedroom over the massive master bath and huge sitting area in the master though. The deck/patio was wonderful and spacious. The kitchen was pretty well stocked but the drawers are in bad shape (stick, broken, etc.), some things didn’t work (can opener), and we had to buy all the essentials like detergent and spices and condiments, Grocery delivery in the area is expensive and limited options but very close to several stores. Evenings were loud and mornings were loud so slept with sliders closed. Everything was comfortable and it was a nice week.

Comfortable unit on beautiful beach

Everything was as advertised and communication with the property manager was fast and helpful. The unit and resort were very pretty and on one of the best beaches in Los Cabos. The only criticism I had with the unit was the pillows. They were very old , lumpy and uncomfortable. They did not rise to the level of the unit itself and this unfortunately, affected my sleep. This is an easy fix and I hope they do this soon for the next guests. Otherwise, we had a fun family adventure.

Better than expected

From the warm welcome at check in to all the friendly staff, and the amazing views from the spacious deck and the comfortable living area and bedrooms. It was better than pictured. From the swim up bar with great food, plus gym and spa right by the pool it was so relaxing! Location was close to town but far enough to feel secure and secluded. Highly recommend

Quick getaway for family college graduate

Our stay at this particular property in Villa La Estancia was better than we expected. The condo was clean, updated, very nicely maintained and had all the amenities needed to make our stay wonderful. The communication from the owner was always prompt and informative. The grounds, pool, gym, spa, restaurants, tennis and pickleball area were all clean and appealing. We would highly highly recommend making this property your next vacation!

Wonderful Stay

We had a Fabulous Stay @ Villa La Estancia. The Villa was Fantastic & location & Views were Great! All Amenities listed are Top Notch. There was a Hot Water Issue w/La Estancia that affected the Villa (which can happen anywhere you stay) & the Owner & La Estancia took care of it immediately which we truly appreciated. Worthy of 6 Stars

We are just home from our stay at Jeff's beautiful home in Villa La Estancia. We could not be happier with the accommodation, amenities, location, service, and Jeff's outstanding hospitality. We are a family of four - two adults and two teens. Jeff's villa provided ample space for all four of us. We all had comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. The rooms were huge with so much storage. The icing on the cake was the full kitchen (including laundry!), living room, and enormous balcony! Like previous reviewers, we picked up groceries en route to the villa, and the staff at check-in brought all our groceries to our room and unpacked them. We appreciated this after a morning of travel. The resort itself was gorgeous. We spent most days at the pool in La Estancia. We explored the other pools but loved the pool at La Estancia and the easy proximity to our villa for snacks, lunch, etc. The staff across all properties were genuinely fantastic, and the level of service was outstanding. Towards the end of our trip, it became apparent that Hurricane Hilary would delay our flight home. Jeff was an exemplary host through the uncertainty of that storm and our travel plans. So kind and generous. Our flight was rescheduled, and Jeff allowed us to stay an additional night at no extra cost. I will add that the staff at Villa La Estancia did an incredible job preparing the hotel for the impact of the tropical storm. They were true professionals and so hard working. Thank you, Jeff!

Gorgeous Villa 1305

Villa 1305 is a gorgeous and well maintained condo at Villa Estancia. Right on Medrano Beach and overlooking El Arco. Easy boat ride for spending time on Lover’s Beach. We HIGHLY recommend Villa 1305 for its comfort and updates provided by the owners. We would most love to return to this Villa 1305 again some day.

Everything about this rental was excellent. The Villa was perfect, great for families with room for all to spread out. The resort was exceptional... great amenities with even better staff. Can't say enough about the poolside service, from the towel lady to our primary server, everyone went above and beyond. Location of unit within resort was also conveniently located, in the "middle" close to elevators/ stairs and being on the 3rd floor allowed for easy use of stairs too! We will definitely vacation at this resort again, and specifically this Villa given the chance!

Perfect!

This is a great property. Extremely clean and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The shop/market at the resort was great for grabbing quick item and snacks. Our kids (5 & 7) loved the zero entry pools and beautiful beach. The owner, Jeff, is very easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

Amazing Experience

While we enjoyed the pure beauty of Cabo, we absolutely loved all the thought and detail provided by the property owners to help make our trip memorable. From the time we booked, they reached out to provide useful information about the resort property, travel, and entertainment. Their villa was immaculate and was fully stocked with essential items. If ever we travel to Cabo again, we will be staying in the same location.

Lovely and Spacious Condo

Our family of five had a great experience at Villa la Estancia. The resort is beautiful with well manicured grounds and a wonderful pool. The views from the balcony were fabulous. Beautiful Villa! Clean and well maintained. Plenty of room for all six of us, 2 adults/4kids. Wonderful view of the pool, land’s end, and playa medano. The property is gorgeous and well maintained. Every employee of the property is kind and helpful and they take pride in the up keep of the facilities.. Jeff (owner of villa) went out of his way to see that we had everything we needed to enjoy Cabo and was a great source of information while we were there. If you catch fish la Casona restaurant on property will prepare it for you, wonderful food and waitstaff.. Look forward to visiting again in the future. Book it you won’t regret it.

Girls Weekend

The condo was very clean and comfortable and the resort staff and amenities were great as well. Communication was very prompt and Jeff and Serina were both very helpful! I would definitely recommend this VRBO to groups looking to stay slightly out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Cabo, but within a $10 cab ride (20 minute walk).
