'Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding in een mooie bomenrijke omgeving'

'Das Haus ist etwas angegraut und bräuchte eine Renovierung, auch die Möbel. Masterbedroom nicht zu nutzen, steht auch in der Beschreibung. Die vorhandenen Schlafzimmer haben keinen Meerblick. Küche funktional ausgestattet, aber kaum Ablagefläche.'

'Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt bei Ana. Anfangs hatten wir ein paar Kommunikationsschwieriegkeiten aufgrund der Sprachbarriere, was wir aber schnell dank Google Übersetzer lösen konnten. Ana war während unseres Aufenthalts sehr aufmerksam. Die Finca und vor allem der Außenbereich sind wunderschön und laden zu langen Tagen am Pool ein. Die vorhandene Grillmöglichkeit rundet das Ganze perfekt ab. Besonders möchten wir die Sauberkeit der Finca hervorheben. Wir haben schon in einigen...

'No había horno, no había leña para la chimenea, la piscina estaba totalmente sucia sin poder usarla. No funcionaba el aire acondicionado. Nos cambiaron la casa por otra. Zona de patio con mucha yerba descuidado.'

'Wij zijn een maand ( maart )in het huis geweest en wij kunnen niks anders zeggen dat het Toppie was. Paco is een geweldige aardige kerel. als er iets is hij komt direct. ( klein minpuntje soms hoor de honden blaffen ) Maar alles bij elkaar het is geweldig geweest. Dank je wel Paco. Annie en Herman'

'Casa de campo pareada, en zona muy tranquila, adecuada para niños por tener gran jardín, piscina y cama elástica. Equipada con lo básico para estáncias cortas.'

'Overall this is a beautiful house and garden in a fabulous location close to a natural park (great for bird watching) and La Barrosa beach...both within walking or safe cycling distance. Loads of great cafes and restaurants. Some amenities in the house need attention eg new toaster required, unable to use jacuzzi bath, BbQs need attention. However issues were addressed promptly when we raised these with Paco and Julia and we would all love to come back next year if the property is available.'

'Goed onderhouden huis met fijn zwembad in een grote tuin. Grote volledig ingerichte keuken, goede bedden, airco. Huis ligt ideaal qua afstand stranden/supermarkt/steden/dorpjes. Auto is zeer sterk aan te raden. Enige minpunt dat het aan een drukke doorgaande weg ligt. Je hebt echter geen last van het geluid, want terras is aan de achterkant en ramen zijn voorzien van dubbel glas.'

'La estancia ha sido buena desde que máximo soluciono el tema del agua que al ser de pozo compartido los tres primeros días no fue buena la experiencia, una vez solucionado la cosa cambio, muchas gracias'

'We had a very fine time in casa jual. Everything was there what we need. we didn't use the pool because it was a little cold to jump in it. It won't be our last time there. Thanks'

'The place is nicely located, proper and clean. Breakfast was fully worth the money. The only downside would be the noisy hallway, but still an excellent price-value ratio.'
