'Fantastic stay however, we were in Garza Blanca Cancun and we found that the layout, breakfast hall (breakfast in general) was overall much better.. more option and better set-up. The up keep of the whole hotel is very well kept however once again we are comparing it to the Cancun one and it is slightly out-dated (the furniture, style) is abit old. 'The hotel itself is amazing. The amenities, cleanliness, and overall aesthetics were excellent, making for a beautiful and comfortable stay. The only downside was the front desk staff. They were not very accommodating and seemed to lack communication. The room service system also needs some improvement.
