'Clean, older, basic, cool air, roomy, close to Costco, beach is high bank, surfing beach, nice view, apt next to street, basic no frills pool but clean, lacking for restaurants.
Only stayed a couple nights. We live 2 hours north and use Cabo as a staging area to fly to the states. Overall a good “ overnight” hotel but I would not vacation there.'

'Make sure you buy the trip insurance. Otherwise you are not covered if you have to end your trip 2 days early due to a death in the family. It’s all about the money with these companies. I never asked for compensation. It started off with an inquiry about checking out of the property 2 days earlier. Expedia personnel suggested that I ask for the unused portion be returned.'

'This resort is amazing! The staff, the decor, the grounds, the view and above all the FOOD! Rooms are spacious, quiet and clean, with nice amenities and tons of fresh towels every day. There are several a la carte restaurants throughout the resort, and in its sister hotel in Cabo San Lucas that are part of the All Inclusive arrangement. The service is outstanding, with super friendly personnel, from bellboys and concierge, to waiters and waitresses, cleaners, gardeners, everyone is friendly and...

'I asked for clean sheets on the first day, their ac is outdated and the rooms feel humid, I would never come back, some staff in the restaurant could be really rude (Luis) however some can be really kind and helpful. In general, if you look like their ideal customer, you might not get the all-star service. They really prioritize a certain kind of customer and don't treat all customers the same. The hotel itself is nice; it is an older property. The beach is very nice.'
