'I had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of good options. The staff were awesome—very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The cleaning team did a fantastic job, and the hotel was very clean throughout my stay. Every staff member provided great customer service, which made the experience even better. The only minor issues were that the room did not have a microwave and there were not many drawers for storage, which seems more like a design issue....

'Very nice hotel in the Cincinnati Airport Area. Recent rooms where clean and very comfortable. Very friendly personnel. There is a lounge and restaurant in the hotel. Nice atmosphere. Free late check-out.'

I went to take a shower next morning prior to check out only to discover we had a dirty shower and didn’t realize until I was already in there. Definitely was not happy BUT I notified the front desk as soon as I was checking out. She took my room number, contacted appropriate people and offered a discount. 'The Good: Friendly and helpful staff, overal a clean place, good breakfast. The Bad: Not enough staff on the weekend, Tub was broken and couldnt get fixed (tough with little kids), Pool was out of control with kids running all over and their parents not paying attention. We were approached several times by guys tweaked out on something, which made my family very uncomfortable. Overall- Maybe it was an unusual clientele given Spring Break, but what initially looked to be a very promising...

'This is a very nice place to stay, either for travel from CVG or for a getaway. From the second we entered the lobby, we were greeted by a very helpful and friendly staff, the place looked and smelled fresh and clean. Checkin was a breeze, they were super accommodating in arranging transportation to the airport for an early am flight, and all that was before we got to the room! The room itself is very nicely laid out, comfy and well apportioned. We had the shower with sprays, it was fantastic!...
