'I was pleasantly surprised that when I arrived at the airport there was a shuttle bus waiting for us to bring us to the airport. Didn't knew it was included.
Friendly staff and as there was no elevator it was very nice that the staff carried our luggage to our room.
Breakfast tasted good and enough options to pick from. The restaurant in general was good and for a good price.
Hotel was very helpful in planning activities although initially something went wrong with the agreed price but...

'Super hôtel personnel au top mais bémol pas de kayak comme annoncé et malheureusement prix x3 par rapport au reste du pays dommage ça donne pas envie de consommer le resto et sortie de l’hôtel.
Sinon lieu magique n’hésitez pas à sortir de l’hôtel pour manger et profiter '

'Had a serious issue when I checked in however the staff worked hard to fix the problem
I the end the out come was satisfactory for me and good work from the reception staff to salvage the situation
