'Echt een heel goed hotel met nette kamers (wordt iedere dag zeer goed schoon gemaakt) en een heerlijk a lacarte ontbijt. De staff is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Locatie is ook top, in zo'n 7 min lopen sta je bij het strand met de vele restaurants en bars. Echt een aanrader.'

'Het was een adembenemend resort, prachtig een uitzicht, mooie kamers, een kleine gym waar je prima je workouts kon doen. Er zijn 2 restaurants op het resort helaas is de keuze erg beperkt en is de dagkaart een kaart dat ze de 5 dagen dat we daar waren ook aan hielden. Dat was het enige minpunt. Staff was super vriendelijk en je kon elke dag gratis verschillende excursies doen. Het hotel samen met de plek en de excursies was het echt het allermooiste plekje waar ik ooit ben geweest.'

'My wife and I spent 2 nights here and had a very pleasant experience! The hotel is comfortable, the bed was nice, the A/C was consistent, and the hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. 'We stayed for 2 days on our way to Puerta Prinsesa. The hotel is ok for a stopover if you are a family with kids. There is a waterpark, but we expected more from it seeing the pictures. In real life it is a bit dated. Not much food choise and the restaurant can use an upgrade in professionallity. Some food came out when others were already finished. Breakfast is a bit tasteless. On the beach are sandflies unfortunately. The staff at the reception are very helpfull and speak good English.'

'Hotel met mankementen: deurklink toilet lobby laat los, schimmel in badkamer, muggen in kamer, 2e zwembad niet aantrekkelijk en midden in verbouwing, beach restaurants is momenteel dicht. Het strand stinkt en het is onmogelijk om te zwemmen; je mag het strand niet eens op. Verstoringen in beide nachten; brandweeralarm ging af, wat een foutje bleek te zijn en de stroom viel uit waarna toen alles weer aanging ook de tv keihard aanging.
