'Nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. After hours check in charges are steep. Internet did not work for 5 of our 7 day stay. Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises.'

The apartment itself was very roomy and loved that there was an extra powder room available. Would have appreciated an extra set of keys - it was difficult to coordinate when my daughter and I had different plans. It would have been impossible if there had been more of us.'
