'Stayed one night. Upon arrival Preston at the front desk was very polite, informative, and accommodating when we asked if there was a ground floor room available. He seemed to genuinely care that we were informed and happy with our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. There was some improvement construction going on but only on off hours and it did not affect our stay. The improvements should be nice when completed. 24 hour coffee and breakfast in the morning was good. Would definitely stay...

'This Vrbo home was in a beautiful location which allowed for a nice and relaxing stay. The home was very clean and decorated well to create a very home-like and comfy atmosphere. The host provided fishing tackle, paddle board and small boating options to utilize on the pond, firewood, and even s’more’s supplies for us to make over the fire. 'Het positive aan dit hotel is dat het aan de overkant van de straat ligt van pretpark Kings Dominion. Verder was het een wat kleine kamer. De kamer was vies en er hing een vreemde geur in het hotel. Met vies bedoel ik dat de oude contactlenzen van de vorige gast nog op de vloer lagen. Ook vonden we oude bier dopjes en zaten er vlekken op de vloer. Daarnaast waren de kamers erg gehorig en konden zowel de mensen naast ons als boven ons horen. '

'We are a couple and were making a road trip through several states and had booked a room for 2 nights. The room was so terrible tiny (have never seen this...) you could not even place the suitcases and there was absolutely no ventilation, window could not be opened. The bed was terribly small for 2 people to sleep. I did not sleep at all, having an awful next day. For breakfast there was no toast bread, only bagels already placed on the table the day before, we saw them, how can you accept...
