'Hotel was located perfectly for us to be able to walk to our Marine Corps half marathon. They also added a late checkout that was unexpected but truly appreciated.'

'I am surprised, Hilton has approved this facility as a Hampton Inn. The Room #23 was totally equivalent to Motel 6. Bathrooms had bugs inside out of shower. tiles are broken. '

'The pool is small, and the towels in the pool area were never stocked. We had to ask for towels all 3 times we used it. Smoke detector was missing with wires hanging. I had to alert staff who didn’t take it as serious as it should be. Eventually someone found me a working smoke detector. The room was clean on the surface but smelled musty. My daughter saw a “large insect” that ran across the bathroom sink. I never saw it, so I can’t say what it might have been. I hope we didn’t bring a...

'Very comfortable'

'Het positive aan dit hotel is dat het aan de overkant van de straat ligt van pretpark Kings Dominion. Verder was het een wat kleine kamer. De kamer was vies en er hing een vreemde geur in het hotel. Met vies bedoel ik dat de oude contactlenzen van de vorige gast nog op de vloer lagen. Ook vonden we oude bier dopjes en zaten er vlekken op de vloer. Daarnaast waren de kamers erg gehorig en konden zowel de mensen naast ons als boven ons horen. '
